In November of 2004, NGC acquired a company by the name of E & D Pipe and Process Equipment. This acquisition jump started the company's growth bringing the benefits of a business that had been successful for 25 years. One of the advantages was the well established relationship and reputation between the products group, its supply partners and its customers.
In January 2006, NGC Product Solutions was formed. This company is the offspring of NGC Process Systems and consists of products distribution focusing on industrial process solutions.
