Shawna has been with NGC since September 2004, bringing with her 20 years of industrial sales and customer service experience. The majority of her experience has been with the electric motor and variable frequency drive industry. Customer service is Shawna's top priority. She is well known in the industry for providing a balanced approach to a range of process applications.

Jeff McClounie
Technical Support

Jeff has been with NGC since March 2001. With more than 10 years of technical experience in both fabrication and technical support, Jeff is responsible for executing NGC’s product development initiatives. He brings his leadership experiences from being a hands-on team leader, project manager and estimator. Jeff has a proven track record of delivering on-time, on-budget projects while working, at the same time, on product development.

Kelly Reeve
Fabrication & Technical Support

Kelly has been with NGC since July 2003. Kelly is responsible for fabrication of lined products, and has now expanded this role to include customer service and support.

Mel Bergen
Fabrication & Inventory Control

Mel joined NGC in June 2006. Mel is responsible for fabrication, inventory control and shipping/receiving. Mel comes to us with many years in the industrial marketplace and his talents range from procurement to inventory control to customer service.
